What are the show hours?
11AM-5PM on Saturday and Sunday, March 23-24, 2013.
How do I buy tickets for the event?
Tickets to the 2013 Coffee & Tea Festival are sold out! No tickets will be available at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
The 2013 Coffee & Tea Festival is sold out. Tickets will not be available at the door.
I bought my ticket on the event website and can’t print it out/lost it. What do I do?
Is there an age limit to get into the festival?
The Coffee & Tea Festival is a family friendly event. However, we encourage strong supervision of children since there will be hot liquids at many exhibitor’s tables. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for any supervision of attendees. Children are not allowed into the programing area.
Is there a discounted price on tickets for children and seniors?
No. Children under the age of 12 are admitted into the festival for free. Anyone over the age of 12 needs to purchase a general admission ticket.
Are strollers permitted?
Due to limited space between exhibitor booths and festival attendees aisles can be tight at times and make it difficult for stroller use. However, strollers are welcome and are the responsibility of the attendee. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for stroller supervision, damage or theft.
Are pets permitted?
For your own safety and the safety of other guests, pets are not permitted with the exception of guide dogs.
Will food be available for purchase?
Yes. There will exhibitors with a delicious array of food to purchase.
Is smoking permitted at this festival?
Smoking will not be permitted inside of the festival.
Will parking be available?
Parking is available at local parking garages. All parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and location. Parking rates will vary with tourism.

Festival Organizers, Starfish Junction, do not have any affiliation to these garages and do not make any specific recommendations. Rates are determined by individual parking garages.
Is there coat check?
Yes. Coats can be checked for a small fee.
Will there be a place to store luggage if I am coming in from out of town?
Unfortunately, we do not have room to store luggage at the event.
Is the programming included in the price of admission?
There are many wonderful programming sessions to attend that are included with regular admission, should you wish to participate. Please click here to view a full listing of programming sessions.
Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Are there hotels in the area?
Yes, the following are hotels in the area. However, neither the Coffee & Tea Festival NYC nor its producers are affiliated with any hotel or offer any discounted room rates. Will I be able to make purchases of products I like?
Yes, many exhibitors will have products available to purchase, should you like to. We recommend attendees to bring cash to the event if they expect to make purchases. However, many exhibitors do accept credit cards.
Are there any tastings?
Exhibitors offer various tasting of their own products. However, there will also be tastings available through event programming. Specialty tastings will require a reservation and a small materials fee. Please visit the event programming listing for additional details.
Can I volunteer?
