Government mandates for attending indoor events at venues such as Brooklyn Expo Center, currently state, that all guests ages 12 and older need to provide proof that they have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Children under the age of 12 can attend events with an adult who has received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, but please note, ages 2-11 will need to wear a mask while inside the venue, except while actively eating or drinking.

As we continue to operate in a fluid environment, government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are also subject to change, so be sure to check back for the latest information.

Want to explore tea more in depth?

Join Gail Gastelu as she gives a half-day (four hour) seminar and tasting/cupping session introducing you to tea (Camellia sinensis), what it is, where it’s grown, how it’s harvested, uses, product applications, and health benefits too. For more information and to buy tickets, please visit the seminar page. Tickets to this seminar include VIP admission to the event.

Children: Children 12 and under do not need a ticket to attend the event. However, there are various hot beverages so children should be supervised. Strollers are not allowed for the safety of the child since the event does get crowded and it may be difficult to utilize strollers while navigating the crowd. Please note: children are NOT permitted into any of the seminars and do not receive a shopping bag.

All ticket purchases are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

Tickets are not transferable to a different date. If you purchased tickets for the original date of the event in March before the coronavirus outbreak, your tickets were transferred to the new date and are still valid for use on the respective day purchased for (Saturday or Sunday). If you have any questions, please use our contact form to reach out to us.
