Where is the event being held?
The event is being held at Bally’s Atlantic City located at 1900 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ (between S. Ohio and S. Michigan Avenues).
How do I get to the event?
Car
From the North – Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 38 for the Atlantic City Expressway East. Continue onto N. Missouri Avenue and turn left onto Pacific Avenue.
From the South – Take I-95 North to exit 19 for I-76 East toward New Jersey. Continue on I-76 East to NJ-42 South. Continue onto the Atlantic City Expressway East and then onto N. Missouri Avenue. Turn left onto Pacific Avenue.
Bus
From Philadelphia – Take the 551 Bus towards 551 Atlantic City from the Greyhound Terminal (10th Street/Filbert Street).
From New York/New Jersey – Take the 319 Bus toward 319 Atlantic City via Toms River (from the Port Authority Bus Terminal)
Train
From Philadelphia – Take the SEPTA Regional Rail Market-Frankforf Line from 30th Street to Lindenwold and transfer to the NJ Transit Rail Atlantic City Line. Or, take the Atlantic City Line directly from Philadelphia 30th Street.
What are the show hours?
11AM-7PM on Saturday and 11AM-5PM Sunday, November 3-4, 2012.
How do I buy tickets for the event?
Tickets are only available online at this website. Tickets will be available soon. Please note that the Coffee & Tea Festival NYC, held earlier this year, was sold out. We strongly recommend you to purchase your tickets early.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets are sold at the door. However, we recommend you buy them prior to the event so your wait time won’t be long and you have tickets already in hand in the event the festival sells out. To buy tickets, click here.
I bought my ticket on the event website and can’t print it out/lost it. What do I do?
Is there an age limit to get into the festival?
The Coffee & Tea Festival is a family friendly event. However, we encourage strong supervision of children since there will be hot liquids at many exhibitor’s tables. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for any supervision of attendees. Children are not allowed into the programing area.
Are strollers permitted?
Due to limited space between exhibitor booths and festival attendees aisles can be tight at times and make it difficult for stroller use. However, strollers are welcome and are the responsibility of the attendee. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for stroller supervision, damage or theft.
Are pets permitted?
For your own safety and the safety of other guests, pets are not permitted with the exception of guide dogs.
Will food be available for purchase?
Yes. There will exhibitors with a delicious array of food to purchase.
Is smoking permitted at this festival?
Smoking will not be permitted at the show. There are designated smoking areas within the building.
Will parking be available?
Parking is available at Bally’s. All parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and will be paid directly to Bally’s. Parking rates will vary with tourism. Therefore, Bally’s recommends that you sign-up for a Total Rewards Card so you can ensure parking at the lowest rate. Membership is free and has many benefits including free play, pre-sale access for select shows, discounts, special offers and more. Use of your Total Rewards Card at any of the 40 Caesars Entertainment resorts and casinos will earn you credits. Is there coat check?
Yes. Coats can be checked for a small fee that is given to the event’s charity partner.
Will there be a place to store luggage if I am coming in from out of town?
Unfortunately, we do not have room to store luggage at the event. We recommend that you bring your luggage to your hotel room prior to attending the event or leave it in your vehicle.
Is the programming included in the price of admission?
There are many wonderful programming sessions to attend that are included with regular admission, should you wish to participate. However, certain programming sessions require advanced registration and a small materials fee. Please click here to view a full listing of programming sessions and additional fees that may apply.
Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes, Bally’s Atlantic City is fully accessible.
Are there hotels in the area?
Yes, we encourage festival attendees to lodge at Bally’s Atlantic City since the festival will be held inside the same building as guest rooms, and Bally’s is offering discounted rates. Hotel reservations can be made directly through Bally’s. Please visit the lodging page for more information.
Will I be able to make purchases of products I like?
Yes, many exhibitors will have products available to purchase, should you like to. We recommend attendees to bring cash to the event if they expect to make purchases. However, many exhibitors do accept credit cards.
Are there any tastings?
Exhibitors offer various tasting of their own products. However, there will also be specialty tastings available through event programming. Specialty tastings will require a reservation and a small materials fee. Please visit the event programming listing for additional details.
